Dr. Scott Lessard, President (term expires 2018)

Dr. Scott Lessard grew up in Maine where he got his B.S. in Education with a minor in Athletic Training from the University of Maine, Orono. He served as the athletic trainer for their division 1 hockey and basketball teams. After college, he migrated to Berkeley where he ran a construction company. Upon meeting his wife Mary Concannon, he decided to return to this passion for taking care of others by graduating Manga Cum Laude from Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward. Dr. Lessard and Mary moved to Marin County where he opened and operated Mission Chiropractic for 15 years.

During that time, he was involved with his children’s education at Saint Raphael’s Catholic School in San Rafael, serving on multiple committees, fundraising events, and helping to establish a pre-school at that facility.

Several years ago, he and his family decided to return to the Livermore Valley where his wife’s family has a long history and well-established roots in the community. It was important to him that his children know their history and felt grounded in the community they live in.

Dr. Lessard is currently establishing a Chiropractic practice in Livermore. When not at his practice, he is a member of the LVCP School Council and TVLC Board. He also coaches CYO basketball, has helped with the LVCP boys basketball team and is a member of the Sugarbowl National Ski Patrol. He enjoys time with family, biking, skiing and family BBQs.
