Tri-Valley Learning Corporation (TVLC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides quality, public education choices for all families throughout California. TVLC’s Tax ID is 34-1984585.
Since 2005, TVLC has been providing all families seeking high quality education in the Tri-Valley area and throughout California, a sought-after alternative to the low-performing schools in local districts.
TVLC will use innovation in education research, to design, create and operate world-class, exemplary charter schools that encourage and enable every student to reach his or her full potential as a scholar, a citizen and a life-long learner.

About Livermore Valley Charter School: Livermore Valley Charter School (LVCS) is a public school serving students in grade TK-8 in the city of Livermore, California. Parents and educators worked together to create this school of choice that embraces the best proven and innovative teaching techniques in order to best teach the children of the 21st century. Our charter was authorized by the California State Board of Education (SBE) through June 30, 2013. We are currently authorized by Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District through June 30, 2018.
About Livermore Valley Charter Preparatory High School: LVCP opened in 2010 as a free, public charter high school in Livermore, CA. LVCP provides an exemplary, innovative college preparatory education, focused on preparing each student for adulthood in the 21st century. The school provides a strong academically focused, emotionally supportive, healthy and sustainable environment that enables its students to develop to their full potential. LVCP was authorized by the SBE through June 30, 2015. Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District authorized the LVCP Charter renewal effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020.
About Acacia Elementary Charter School: AECS opened in 2012 as a free, public charter elementary school in Stockton, CA serving students in grades TK-5. AECS's aim is to educate the whole child, creating a level playing field where students from all backgrounds can thrive in a nuturing environment that offers comprehensive academic and enrichment programs.
About Acacia Middle Charter School: AMCS opened in 2012 as a free, public charter middle school serving students in grades 6 through 8 in Stockton, CA; AMCS is a sister school to Acacia Elementary Charter School. AMCS's aim is to integrate a challenging academic program with onsite community services. By providing social and emotional supports for both students and their families, we are allowing children to focus on what’s most important.
